๐✨Hello guys I'm dev let discussion about healthy breakfast ok first of all before go to bed finish ur dinner 3 hours before Incase 7 clk dinner time 10 clk sleeping time easy to digest to sleep and wake up early ok it's breakfast time guys don't skip our breakfast at the same time it's healthy one because First meal more energetic one choose it To take a brown bread and cocoa powder and jaggery and juice๐ what ๐คcocoa powder wait wait to take 2 or 3 spoon cocoa powder and add brown sugar syrup (or )pure jaggery syrup both of add like a paste to apply bread to eat healthy one and small cup of fruit salad ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฅญ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅฌand ๐ฅฅpure coconut milk ๐ฅฅ250 ml thick milk add cardamom powder and little brown sugar to extra ๐tasty one I know it little costly but please take a break fast alternative days or weekly twice but highly recommend FRUITS and VEGETABLES to add ur diet list daliy based don't drink fruit Convent into juice don't drinking juice but lemon juice to drink it victim c juicec not pomegranate and orange juice to take a raw fruit only I hope you ur enjoy this breakfast and don't forget ur work out or yoga or ๐ฃwalking to keep healthy always be smile๐ ✨๐
