✨🌟Hello guys I'm dev again it's me ok let get started morning snack what morning snack ha yes guys after completed break fast and 🌟✨go to next meal that means lunch time or next meal inbetween gap minimum 3 to 4 hours there that time to take healthy snack important one that called mini hungry maximum pizza or burger it's ok but not prefer all day weekly 1 or 2 days others I prefer for healthy and ✨🌟protein and iron content snack in mini hungry time peanut and dates 4 or 5 piece of date and ur preferable nuts but one hand full peanuts bolied or dry roast nuts or 🌽🌽🌽🌽corn and which fruit ur like choose it one✨🌟 this peanut protin and mineral and victims ,memory booster, good fats are there date it's good for skin and hair increase energy and natural booster ,the rich antioxidant at the good for heart❤ it's best snack for all the time to eat healthy stay fit bye bye guys😁🌟✨
